Recent Results from the B Factories

The CKM (Cabibbo-Kobayashi-Maskawa) picture of flavour physics and CP
violation has been very successful in describing the flavour sector of
the Standard Model, although there are some hints of tensions in the
global CKM fit. In this talk I will review the current state of the
CKM Unitarity Triangle and discuss recent measurements of the B
factories BABAR and Belle.
