JUNO and the Fate of Antimatter

Achim Stahl (RWTH Aachen)
DESY Auditorium, 16.45 h

The disappearance of the antimatter during the evolution of the universe is one of the big mysteries of cosmology. At the beginning of my talk I will briefly sketch the experimental concept we are following to search for hints in this direction. I will introduce the search for CP violation with protons and light ions in electrostatic storage rings and the search for CP violation with neutrinos. In the main part of the talk I will then focus on the neutrino experiments. I will show the latest results on CP violation and introduce the experiment JUNO with the potential to resolve the mass hierarchy and many interesting astrophysical topics.
