Physics at ILC

Kiyotomo Kawagoe (Kyushu U.)
DESY Auditorium, 16.30

The year 2012 would be recorded as a memorial one in high-energy physics, as some decisive results on existence of the long-awaited Higgs boson are expected to be obtained at the LHC. The LHC results have strong impact on the possible physics scenario at the International Linear Collider (ILC). In this talk possible physics studies at the ILC are presented with a focus on the Higgs factory in the case where a light Higgs boson be found at the LHC. In addition, the situation in Japan is briefly reported.
